It’s that time of year again. Everyone is talking about dieting, shedding those extra pounds for the New Year. And yet we often find it difficult to find the motivation to actually get started, and then when we do we find that we easily lapse into old habits and the results we wanted aren’t forthcoming.
Hypnotherapy works for weight loss as it works in a different way. True, you need to change your eating habits and follow a healthy eating and exercise plan. But none of us are born fat. Something happens in our life and we subconsciously decide that food is a comfort, it’s our friend. We tell ourselves it’s okay to eat that extra slice of cake, or finish that packet of open biscuits, or we choose the wrong kinds of fizzy drinks. We feed the hungry heart.
Now its time to change those behaviours’. Get to the root cause of why we overeat and change the habits we have around the wrong kinds of food and find tasty new healthy alternatives. You may find you actually enjoy it!
